Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Yokohama AVID S33 is a touring, all season tire made for passenger vehicles.
The tire increases the controllability by maintaining the road contact at all times. The better contact with the road surface allows the model to improve the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The tire guarantees excellent control over the vehicle by ensuring a secure handling. The shoulder tread block sequence firmly grips the road surface during maneuvering, with the use of the additional biting edges. The model also features a reinforced twin steel belt structure which maintains the ideal tire shape under the pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to optimize the driving security throughout its performance.
The model manages to provide a comfortable driving experience. The internal structure's polyester cord body maintains the optimal shape, which allows the tire's close surface contact while the tires are in motion. The close road contact enables the tire to absorb the shock of driving, lowering the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin. This prevents road disturbances from ruining the passengers' driving enjoyment, greatly boosting the comfort levels.
The Yokohama AVID S33 upgrades the all weather traction. The symmetric tread design and the all season compound boost the dry, wet and winter weather grip, optimizing the forward motion during the drive. The tread pattern allows the tire to upgrade the road grip with extra biting edges, while the compound maintains its optimal rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. The wider circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, resisting hydroplaning in versatile wet weather conditions.
This tire model was manufactured as the original equipment tire of select vehicles.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
