Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Yokohama Advan Apex V601 is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
This model performs exceptionally well in summer weather conditions thanks to its detailed tread elements and the strong compound materials. The micro silica compound is able to prevent heat build-up while tires are in motion, while ideal tread elements provide exceptional performance on dry and wet roads. The ideal groove design eliminates water from the footprint, promoting safer performance on wet driving surfaces.
The asymmetric tread design also promotes excellent high speed controllability and driving stability as the tires are able to maintain consistent road contact. The ideal tread elements boost the gripping ability, improving the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands. This allows the driver to maneuver the vehicle with confidence at high speeds, while structure is secured against the driving pressure. The strong compound elements avoid heat build-up at high speeds, allowing the tire to safely perform during the high speed drive.
The Yokohama Advan Apex V601 offers a longer lasting tread life and comfortable driving experience thanks to the specially designed tread. The ideal tread elements avoid irregular and premature wear formations by balancing out load and driving pressure across the tread area. This avoids excessive pressure at one spot, while durable compound materials slow down the tread wear rate. On the other hand, the optimal groove design is able to reduce the road noise by channeling the airwaves throughout the footprint.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
