Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Toyo Open Country A/T III is an all terrain, all weather tire made for SUVs and light trucks. Toyo offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with the light truck sizes and a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with the SUV sizes of this model. This warranty is for new tires.
The tire boosts the all terrain traction. The aggressive tread design features staggered tread blocks, wider grooves and open shoulders in order to upgrade the on- and off-road terrain grip. This enables the tire to upgrade the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability, optimizing the overall all terrain performance. This optimizes the tire's deep mud and loose dirt traction. The tread design optimizes the self-cleaning capability. These tread elements eject rocks from the footprint in order to avoid stone retention. They also avoid mud and snow to pack between the tread elements and to block the tire's surface contact.
The model lengthens the usability. The durable compound and the stabilized footprint with the 3D multi-wave sipes enhance the length of the service life. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility and resist premature wear formations. On the other hand, the tread design allows the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear formations, greatly increasing the tread and service life.
During the on-road performance, the tire promotes excellent comfort levels. The optimal tread design helps to lower the road and tread pattern noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The tread helps to channel the airwaves through the footprint, without allowing their contact with the tread elements. This avoids road noise creation while the tires are in motion, minimizing the sound waves reaching the passengers in the vehicle's cabin. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
The Toyo Open Country A/T III boosts the controllability. The constant surface contact improves the tire's steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This combination upgrades the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. This ensures the driver's better control over the vehicle at all times, optimizing the driving safety levels on both on- and off-road surface conditions.
All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
