Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The TBB TR-66 is a performance and high performance, all season tire created for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
The model's all season rubber compound mix greatly enhances traction in all weather conditions. Combined with the detailed tread elements, the tire guarantees a consistent grip throughout the performance, all year. With the dense siping, the tread is populated with biting edges, which makes it easier to get a good grip of the road surface in wet, dry, and winter conditions as well. The circumferential grooves also play a huge role in maintaining traction, as they keep the footprint clean of water and slush. The premium compound adapts to the current temperature, keeping its flexibility at an optimal level to establish traction.
A huge benefit of the wide, asymmetric tread is that it boosts the vehicle's controllability. By remaining in close contact with the road surface, the tread utilizes the biting edges to maintain consistent traction. This way, the tire enhances responsive steering and driving stability both at mid- and high speeds. Since the vehicle reacts quicker and with greater precision to the driver's commands, it becomes way easier to maneuver. This largely contributes to the overall driving safety and improves the tire's braking ability.
The TBB TR-66 puts emphasis on driving comfort by greatly reducing the volume on road noise. As the tire generates airwaves under the footprint, they stay trapped in the circumferential grooves. The point of the whole technology is to prevent the tread elements from coming in contact with the airwaves. The result is that the sound frequencies that get to the vehicle cabin are much weaker. The driver can enjoy a calm and quiet driving experience even at mid- to high speeds.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
