Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Suretrac Wide Climber R/T II Tires

The Suretrac Wide Climber R/T II is a rugged terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

This model is specially designed for harsh terrains where the tire has to adapt to uneven surfaces. This is why it boasts an aggressive tread design that can take on uneven, loose, and soft terrains. Its tread design is multi-functional in this regard, as it offers a great performance on the asphalt as well. The tread elements guarantee a firm grip even on those more difficult loose dirt and deep mud terrains. The tire boasts a high void ratio, to keep the footprint clean of mud, water, slush, and rocks. This way, the tread elements are never blocked away from road contact.

The versatile tread compound adapts to the changing weather conditions throughout the year. Its aggressive tread pattern further improves its ability to maintain constant traction on dry, wet, and snow-covered roads. Its zigzag siping and irregular-shaped blocks populate the tread with biting edges, which is a great boost to the tire's overall gripping ability. The compound materials adapt to the changing weather conditions by maintaining the tread's flexibility. As a result, there is no big difference between traction during hot summers versus freezing cold winters.

The tread blocks are evenly distributed across the tread, which allows the even distribution of load and driving pressure. The wide and flat tread improves the tire's driving stability and surface contact. The manufacturer has found the perfect balance between the void ratio and the contact patch. This model promotes an outstanding road-to-rubber ratio, which boosts its steering responsiveness as well. With better stability, it is easier to control the vehicle throughout the drive. The driver is able to count on fast and precise responses, while maneuvering the vehicle. The upper sidewall is also populated with biting edges that grip the road during cornering.

The Wide Climber R/T II comes with a completely flat tread that keeps the tread wear even. The tread design is optimized to prevent pressure build-up and ensure slow wear. The tough all season compound is also wear-resistant, which further extends the tire's service life. This model boasts an excellent footprint stability that prevents tread flexing. It does so by evenly circulating the forces of braking, cornering, and acceleration across the tread.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
