Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Samson GL285T is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is not meant to be mounted on light trucks.
The tire increases the all season traction with the ideal tread design and the compound. The model utilizes the ribbed tread design and the all season compound to improve the dry, wet, and winter traction. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, while the tread elements generate additional biting edges to grip the road surface. The groove pattern avoids hydroplaning, as it disperses water and slush from the footprint. This greatly enhances the overall wet weather performance safety.
The tire improves versatile load durability. The reinforced radial structure maintains the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure, it is able to greatly upgrade the load capacity. The optimal tire shape helps to upgrade the road contact during the drive, which boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This greatly upgrades the driver's control over the vehicle at all times.
The GL285T improves the length of the usability. The special five-rib footprint maintains the surface contact at all times, and evenly circulates the driving pressure across the tread area. This effectively combats irregular and premature wear, as the forces of acceleration, cornering, and braking are balanced out. This results in a longer-lasting service and tread life.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
