The Runway Enduro 816 is a touring, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model offers excellent dry and wet weather traction, but it will not perform in colder winter temperatures. The compound and the tread design enhance the summer traction, while the groove pattern actively avoids hydroplaning.
The tire has four wide circumferential grooves that avoid hydroplaning, boosting the driving safety. They channel water and slush away from the footprint, ensuring the tire can maintain its road contact. The silica-based tire compound reduces the rolling resistance. This, in turn, reduces the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, making the tire both fuel efficient and economical.
