The Royal Black Royal M/T is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks. This model provides excellent off-road terrain traction. This tire is intended for off-road use only. It is not designed for regular highway driving.
The tread is designed with large, staggered tread blocks and a high void ratio to increase the grip on soft and loose surfaces. This model can maintain its grip and forward momentum even in deeper mud and loose dirt. With the extra biting edges provided by the tread blocks and wide sipes, the tire can be driven confidently on difficult terrain.
The Royal Black Royal M/T has a self-cleaning tread pattern to further improve traction and increase durability. The staggered tread elements prevent mud and snow from packing into the grooves, and each groove has special stone ejecting ribs on the groove floor. This prevents stone retention from damaging the tire’s casing. The tread blocks are also stiffened by the Sloped Radius Gradient block design to enhance the off-road performance. This allows the tread blocks to remain stable and maintain the optimal road contact patch, improving the steering responsiveness and driving stability. It also stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure, ensuring the vehicle remains easily controllable at all times.
