Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Primewell PS890 Touring is a touring, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Primewell offers a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model, or a 35,000 mile one for the rear placement of staggered vehicles.
The tire upgrades the asymmetric tread design and the all season compound increases the dry, wet and winter weather grip. This combination allows the tire to greatly boost the all weather road gripping ability. The asymmetric tread with the siping placement promotes higher number of biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in the versatile temperatures. The tread design’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint, optimizing the road surface contact and ensuring a safer wet weather traction.
The tread’s ribbed pattern boosts the controllability. The closer and better road contact upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. Furthermore, the shoulder tread blocks provide additional biting edges gripping the road surface. This allows the tire to enhance the cornering and maneuvering ability. This guarantees a safer handling, as the tire guarantees a secure performance.
The Primewell PS890 Touring enhances the comfort levels. The close surface contact of the tread design and the ideal tread design work together to lower the road vibrations and noise. The close road contact allows the tire to absorb the shock of driving, minimizing the road vibrations felt in the vehicle’s cabin. On the other hand, the asymmetric ribbed pattern’s variable phase shift helps to lower the road and tread pattern noise heard by the passengers. The variable pitch sequence negates the sound waves generated with a sound-cancelling frequency. As a result, the tire promotes an enjoyable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
