Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The OTR P815 is an all season tire made for boat trailers.
Great all season traction is promoted. The tread design's ribbed footprint works together with the all season compound which increases its dry, wet, and winter grip. This enables the tire's secure year-round performance. The groove and sipe pattern firmly grip the road surface with extra biting edges, while the compound elements keep the rubber flexible. Zigzag grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, helping to avoid hydroplaning.
This better traction allows the tire to ease the pressure off its footprint. In this manner, the tire manages to lessen the pressure placed on the tire, lowering rolling resistance. This pressure determines the vehicle's fuel consumption needed to keep the tires in motion. Lessening the rolling resistance minimizes the towing vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The result is the tire's fuel-efficient and environmentally-conscious driving experience.
The model uses its wider road contact area which enhances controllability. The consistent surface contact improves its steering responsiveness and driving stability. Quick and precise steering responses to the towing vehicle's commands are ensured. It also stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure, enabling the tire's exceptional performance. This prevents trailer swaying, making the towing process safer.
The OTR P815 was manufactured with a reinforced internal structure. The bias-ply construction enables the tire's ability to carry and withstand heavy loads. As the tire does not deform, it is able to safely carry and withstand larger loads with ease. This ensures the tire's safer load-handling power.
This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
