Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta R3 is a touring, winter tire made to be mounted on passenger vehicles and SUVs. This tire is suitable for electric vehicles.
The tire offers excellent winter weather traction. The special winter compound and the directional tread design work together to increase their grip on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The directional tread's high-density saw-tooth siping detail and the V-shaped tread's notched pattern work together to heighten the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The compound keeps its ideal flexibility in colder temperatures. The angled lateral grooves avoid hydroplaning to ensure a secure winter weather performing capability.
The directional tread pattern with the optimal shoulder tread blocks increase the model's controllability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure thanks to the tire's constant road contact. The sturdy structure can also withstand The shoulder blocks boost the cornering ability as they offer additional biting edges that firmly grip the road surface during the tire's maneuvering. The better control over the tires enables the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle in winter weather.
The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta R3 provides a fuel efficient performance. Nokian Tyres' environmentally friendly compound construction and the directional tread decrease the driving pressure affecting the tire with better traction. This significantly lowers the tire's rolling resistance. The decreased rolling resistance, in turn, lessens the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions during the tire's performance. The result is a fuel conscious driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
