The Michelin Pilot Sport 4S is a high performance tire made for performance vehicles and SUVs. The special asymmetric tread pattern features a dual zone design that enhances the wet and dry weather performance of the tire. The model is not meant to be used in winter weather. The wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water, making the drive even safer.
The tire’s inner construction features twin steel belts spirally wrapped with nylon. This improves the tire’s handling and durability as it balances the tension and strength. The internal structure’s single-ply polyester cord casing decreases the road vibrations felt in the vehicle’s cabin.
