Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Michelin LTX Trail is an all terrain, all season tire made for SUVs.
This model promotes great all terrain traction. The aggressive tread pattern, with the staggered blocks and high void ratio, enhance the tire's on- and off-road terrain grip. This combination effectively increases the tire's soft, loose, and uneven terrain performance. Deep mud and loose terrain grip are provided with this model. The footprint allows the tire to keep its footprint at all times, which disperses mud, snow, and rocks stuck between the tread elements. As a result, stone retention is effectively avoided, while the footprint is also kept clean.
The tire's on-road traction is guaranteed with this model. The optimal block pattern and sipe detail create a special sound-canceling frequency that negates sound waves from generating while the tires are in motion. They prevent sound waves from reaching the vehicle's cabin, ensuring the passengers' driving enjoyment. This guarantees a quiet driving experience.
The tread design's consistent surface contact boosts the tire's controllability. They enable the tire's consistent forward motion, while also optimizing its handling and maneuvering. The road contact upgrades steering responsiveness ad driving stability. On the other hand, the sipe and groove placement create friction while the tires are in motion. This shortens the tire's braking distance, ensuring the driver's consistent control over the vehicle at all times.
The Michelin LTX Trail increases its service life. The stable footprint and durable compound also work together in order to improve its usability. The footprint's even pressure circulation prevents irregular wear formations, while the compound elements decrease the tread wear rate. In other words, the slow and even wear greatly improves the tire's overall tread life.
This tire model was manufactured as the original equipment tire of select Toyota vehicles.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
