The Ironman I-601 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model was made for all axle positions of these vehicles. It comes with upgraded compound materials to perform exceptionally well in all kinds of weather conditions, making it a very versatile tire.
The tire benefits from an upgraded tread design that firmly grips the road surface, maintaining a flexible traction even in winter weather conditions. Being an all season tire, it performs excellent on dry, wet and winter conditions thanks to its tread design and sipes made for increased traction and close road contact. The circumferential tread grooves help channel the water away and eliminate slush stuck between the tread blocks, keeping the footprint clean.
The Ironman I-601 is a very durable tire thanks to its strengthened internal structure. As a result, the tire’s reinforced construction is able to withstand the overall load pressure while under heavy load. Thanks to the tire’s durable compound, the tread life is greatly extended. Its solid shoulders help optimize the constant road contact which enables the tire to evenly spread out the driving pressure. As a result, the forces of acceleration, braking and cornering are evenly spread out, avoiding irregular tread wear. The model is fuel efficient thanks to its EPA SmartWay technology that reduces the rolling resistance during the performance.
