The Hankook Ventus Prime2 HRS is a performance and high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles. The tire improves the summer weather traction with the summer compound and the ideal tread design boosts the dry and wet weather performance. The triple-radius tread profile enhances the wet weather traction by optimizing the water dispersing ability.
The Hankook Run-flat System reinforces the structural stability in order to ensure a limited, temporary performance in case of air pressure loss. Once air pressure leaves the tire due to a puncture or other damage, the tire can be driven on for 50 miles up to 50 mph. This enables the drives to safely arrive at a nearby location where the damaged tire can be fixed or changed.
The Hankook Ventus Prime2 HRS enhances the high speed controllability. The maintained surface contact of the asymmetric tread’s continuous center ribs. This upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability during the performance. The larger shoulder block pattern improves the cornering and maneuvering capability with the use of extra biting edges gripping the road surface. The special bionic pattern with the jaguar tooth shaped notches optimizes the traction and helps prevent heat build-up along the footprint.
