General Evertrek HP Tires

The General Evertrek HP is a high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. It has touring sizes available as well. General offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with new tires of this model. The tire promotes great all weather traction and hydroplaning resistance with the silica compound and the ideal tread design.

The tire utilizes the Ico-Cushion technology which allows the tire to absorb the driving shock. This technology ensures the tire’s softer and constant surface contact, which helps to minimize the road vibrations felt by the passenger during the performance. As road disturbances do not reach the vehicle’s cabin, the tire guarantees a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

The General Evertrek HP promotes a longer tread life. The Active Contour technology ensures even pressure distribution along the tread area, avoiding irregular and premature wear formations. On the other hand, the tire also features tread wear indicators. The Visual Alignment Indicators and a Replacement Tire Monitor. The VAI are placed on the tire’s shoulders and visually portrays the tread wear manner of the footprint. If the tire is developing an irregular wear pattern, the VAI will show it. The RTM allows the driver to follow the treadwear on the tires. When the tires are nearing the end of their lifespan and need to be replaced, the letters on the center rib will turn to “Replace Tire”, which will allow the driver to notice when the tires need to be changed.
