Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The General Grabber HTS 60 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs and light trucks. General offers a 50,000 mile warranty for its H speed rated and light truck sizes and a 65,000 mile warranty for the S and T rated sizes of this tire model. This warranty is for new tires.
The tire increases the all weather traction. The tread design's pattern optimization and the all season compound improve the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread elements offer a higher number of biting edges, while the compound optimizes the rubber flexibility in different temperatures. The tread's groove placement helps prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint, offering secure wet weather driving safety.
The stronger traction enables the tire to minimize the driving pressure on the tire. This greatly lowers the rolling resistance, which is the pressure affecting the tire which determines the vehicle's needed fuel intake levels in order to keep the tires in motion. By greatly reducing the rolling resistance, the tire is able to decrease the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This results in a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The special Comfort Balance Tread Cushioning System helps to ensure a comfortable drive. The system tread design lessens the road noise and vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin while the tires are in motion. The tread design enables the tire to channel the airwaves through the footprint, preventing soundwave formations. The Cushioning System allows the tire to absorb the shock of driving, preventing road vibrations from ruining the passengers' driving enjoyment. As road noise is not heard and the vibrations are not felt in the vehicle's cabin, the tire guarantees a comfortable performing capability.
The StabiliTread technology and the DuraGen ultra-high-strength technology work together to elongate the tire's usability. The StabiliTread pattern secures the structural stability, enabling the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the footprint. In this manner, the tire avoids irregular and premature wear formations by effectively avoiding tread flexing. The DuraGen technology allows the tire to maintain the ideal tire shape under the pressure, optimizing the tire's performing capability. This results in a safer performing capability by ensuring a slower and even wear along the footprint.
The General Grabber HTS 60 enhances the controllability. The innovative tread design improves the road contact while the tires are in motion. As a result, the tire increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The tire offers a quicker and more precise steering response, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. This combination ensures the driver's better control over the vehicle throughout its performance.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note this is Original Equipment (O.E.) tire size only. The O.E. size is determined by the year, make, model and options of the vehicle. Original Equipment size data is the best information we currently have available to us. TireMart.com is not responsible for fitment errors. The most important aspect of purchasing a tire is its size, which cannot vary. It is buyer's responsibility to verify the tire size information. To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index. If you have any questions regarding your tire size , speed rating and load index please contact us prior to purchasing and confirm with certified auto technician of any variance in speed and load index and sizes.
