Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

General Grabber AT2 Tires

The General Grabber AT2 is an all terrain, all weather tire made for SUVs and light trucks. General provides a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with the SUV sized new tires.

The tire enhances the all weather performance. The detailed tread pattern with the optimized tread elements and groove placement enhance the grip the tire has on soft, loose and uneven terrain surface conditions. This enables the tire to securely conquer various terrain surface conditions and it guarantees the tire's constant forward motion at all times. The tread pattern's large tread blocks keep the footprint clean. They eliminate water and slush from the footprint, while also avoiding stone retention from harming the casing.

The strengthened internal structure upgrades the load and driving durability. The stronger durability does not allow the tire to deform under the load pressure affecting the model. These elements improve the load carrying and withstand capability, which boosts the overall load capacity. This structure works together the optimal surface contact enhances the controllability. The better road contact improves the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire ensures a safer handling on various terrain surface conditions.

The tread design and the optimal compound enhance the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The tread elements firmly grip the road surface with additional biting edges gripping the road surface during the drive. On the other hand, the stronger compound elements keep the rubber flexibility throughout the year. The groove pattern allows the tire to disperse water and slush from the footprint during its on-road performance, which avoids hydroplaning. Some sizes of this model are pinned for studs, which can be added for extra ice and snow gripping capability.

The General Grabber AT2 boosts the usability. The stronger compound and the tread pattern's V-shaped integrated tread pattern enhance the usability. The durable compound elements boost the usability by reinforcing the tire against premature wear. The tread design's elements enable the tire's even pressure distribution along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear formations, elongating the tread life.

All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
