Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The Firestone Firehawk PVS is a performance, winter tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. PVS in the model name stands for Pursuit Vehicle Snow. This model was designed and manufactured for law enforcement and high-speed emergency vehicles.
The tire provides exceptional winter weather traction by using its winter compound and the detailed tread pattern. This combination greatly enhances the tire's grip on winter weather, ice and snow surface conditions. The detailed siping placement of the block design increases the number of biting edges in order to maintain a firm road grip, while the compound elements optimize the model's rubber flexibility in freezing weather conditions. The tread's groove placement resists hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint, actively enhancing the wet surface grip.
The stabilized tire footprint closely follows the road surface at all times.
