Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Falken Espia EPZ II is a touring, winter tire made for passenger vehicles.
Falken offers a road hazard warranty with this tire. Road hazard damage is harm caused to the tire during its performance. It can occur in the form of punctures, bruises, or impact breaks when the tire is driven in normal driving conditions on a federal, state, and/or locally maintained road. Falken's road hazard covers the first 3/32nds of the tire's tread life or 2 years from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). The road hazard warranty is honored if the damage is unrepairable per the USTMA puncture repair guidelines. Additional restrictions and fees may apply.
The tire promotes great winter weather performance. The special silica compound and the asymmetric tread design work together to boost the winter, ice, and snow traction. The compound's silica rubber elements optimize their flexibility in freezing temperatures, while the tread's surface contact and high-density siping placement boost the road grip with extra biting edges. The snow grooves optimize the snow-on-snow traction by packing snow between the tread elements, which upgrades the driving safety. The tread's straight and zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, further boosting the wet weather driving safety levels.
The constant surface contact is ensured with the tread's optimized center rib, which upgrades the controllability. The better road contact in winter weather conditions enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the tire promotes a faster and more precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The larger outer shoulder pattern allows the tire to improve the cornering ability, optimizing the maneuvering power. This results in safer handling as it ensures the tire's exceptional performing power in severe winter weather situations.
The Falken Espia EPZ II upgrades the length of the usability. The silica-based compound and the optimal tread design increase the service life. The compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility and prevent heat build-up along the footprint. This combination greatly slows the tread wear rate down. The better surface contact with the footprint's even pressure distribution prevents irregular and premature wear. This combination boosts the service life by ensuring a slower and even wear along the footprint.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index.
