Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Falken Azenis FK510 is a high performance, summer tire made to be mounted on passenger vehicles.
Falken offers a road hazard warranty with this tire. Road hazard damage is harm caused to the tire during its performance. It can occur in the form of punctures, bruises, or impact breaks when the tire is driven in normal driving conditions on a federal, state, and/or locally maintained road. Falken's road hazard covers the first 3/32nds of the tire's tread life or 2 years from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). The road hazard warranty is honored if the damage is unrepairable per the USTMA puncture repair guidelines. Additional restrictions and fees may apply.
Falken also offers a Thirty (30) Day Ride Guarantee or 1,000 miles to try this model out. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, Falken provides this warranty for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. The returned tires must not show damage due to road hazards, incorrect operation or maintenance, or damage caused by external conditions. This offer is for tires operated in normal highway conditions within the U.S. or Canada and it excludes tires used in commercial service or racing applications. The tires must be returned to the original place of purchase, with the sales invoice and the proper documentation.
The tread pattern features switchback sipes that have varying sipe depth. They increase the tire's dry and wet weather traction. The model is not meant to be used in winter weather, as the tire compound loses its road gripping ability in colder temperatures. The wide circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water from beneath the tire footprint.
The model is easily controlled. The Tension Control Technology and the siping detail of the tread enhance the steering responsiveness and accuracy, while the Adaptive Constant Pressure stabilizes the tire against the driving pressure affecting it. The better steering becomes swift and precise in its response and the stabilized tire maintains constant road contact to ensure excellent performance. The wide shoulder tread block sequence improves the cornering and maneuvering capability by promoting additional biting edges during the drive.
The Adaptive Constant Pressure, or ACP, extends the tread life. It spreads the driving pressure out across the tread surface evenly. This equal distribution of the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking prevents irregularities in the wear pattern. The longer lasting even wear on the tread area extends the tire's usability and tread life.
The Falken Azenis FK510 provides a comfortable driving experience. The Tension Control Technology decreases the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin. This is achieved as the special tire sidewall is flexible and it absorbs the shock of driving while the tires are in motion, reducing the road vibrations felt by the passengers.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
