Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Dunlop Winter Maxx 2 is a touring, winter tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
The tire guarantees exceptional winter weather traction. The special winter compound and the detailed tread design increase the tire's grip on the road surface in winter weather conditions. The durable compound elements optimize their rubber flexibility in freezing temperatures, while the asymmetric tread's MAXX grip pattern upgrades the number of biting edges. This combination ensures the tire's secure performance in ice- and snow-covered road surface conditions. The circumferential and lateral grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint, further boosting the cold temperature, wet weather driving safety.
The tread design and the stronger construction enhance the model's controllability. They ensure the tire's surface contact and secure its structural stability throughout the performance, which boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The optimal shoulder block placement also helps to increase the tire's maneuvering ability, as these tread elements provide additional biting edges while the tires are in motion. The strengthened polymer internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under driving pressure, which helps to improve the overall durability as well.
The Dunlop Winter Maxx 2 improves the comfort levels during the drive. The polyester casing helps to keep the ideal tire shape and the model's close surface contact at all times. This enables the tire to absorb the shock of driving while the tires are in motion, minimizing the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
