Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Dunlop Grandtrek AT21 (OE) is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs. This is the original equipment tire of select vehicles.
The tire greatly boosts the year round performance. The all season compound and the ideal tread design increase the dry, wet, and winter traction. Durable compound elements allow the tire to enhance the performance by optimizing the rubber flexibility throughout the year. The tread design firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges, boosting the grip on the road surface. Circumferential grooves effectively disperse water and slush from the footprint, effectively avoiding hydroplaning in the process.
The tread design upgrades the controllability as well. The consistent surface contact boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability at all times. This promotes a faster and more precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The shoulder block placement increases the cornering power. They firmly grip the road surface with extra biting edges. The compound and detailed tread elements decrease the braking distance, minimizing the braking distance effectively.
Fuel efficiency is promoted as well. The stronger all season traction and the optimal tread design lower the rolling resistance. This is achieved as the pressure is eased off the tire. Reducing the rolling resistance in order to effectively lower the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels. This combination ensures a safer fuel conscious and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The Dunlop Grandtrek AT21 (OE) offers a lengthened usability. The tread design and the stronger compound upgrade the tread life. The tread's even pressure circulation, prevents irregular wear across the tread area. On the other hand, the wear-resistant compound decreases the treadwear rate as well. This combination greatly improves the overall service life as well.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
