Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Dunlop Grandtrek AT20 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs and light trucks. This model also has some touring, passenger vehicle sizes available as well.
The tire helps to enhance the all season traction. The detailed tread pattern and the durable compound increase the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges. The compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility, while the tread firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges. Circumferential and lateral grooves and the crosscut sipes prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint, effectively boosting the wet traction. These tread elements also ensure the tire's exceptional off-road traction as well, enabling the tire's slight off-road performance.
A lengthened usability is also ensured. The special independent tread blocks allow the tire to stabilize the tread elements, preventing tread flexing. As a result, the tire is able to evenly circulate the driving pressure across the tread area, effectively avoiding irregular wear formations. On the other hand, the durable compound and the lowered rolling resistance decrease the treadwear rate as well. This combination allows the tire to upgrade the service life as well.
The tire promotes great comfort levels at all times. The internal twin steel belts and the Dimensional Stable Polyester Cord work together in order to maintain the ideal tire shape. As the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure, absorbing the driving shock. This significantly decreases the road vibration felt by the passengers, guaranteeing a comfortable driving experience during the tire's on-road performance.
The Dunlop Grandtrek AT20 also enhances the comfort levels. The tread design and the reinforced internal structure optimize the road contact at all times. This greatly improves the steering responsiveness and driving stability, boosting the driver's better control over the vehicle throughout the performance.
This tire model was manufactured as the original equipment tire of select Honda vehicles.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
