The Double Coin RT606+ is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle in all axle positions.
This tire provides excellent traction in all weather conditions. The model's grip in dry, wet and winter weather road conditions is ensured by the ribbed tread pattern and the all season tire compound. The tire's grip on the road surface is ensured by the tread's zigzag and rib edge siping pattern and the optimized rib design. The siping pattern provides an increased number of biting edges for a firm grip on the road surface. The all weather compound keeps its rubber flexibility and the tire's pliability in various temperatures, from the heat of summer, to colder winter weather. Hydroplaning resistance is ensured by the straight and zigzag circumferential grooves. The wet and winter weather performance is enhanced as these grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint.
The model guarantees a long-lasting tread. The durable tire compound and the ribbed tread pattern keep the tire's contact with the road surface to ease the driving pressure off it and lower the tread wear rate. The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to TireMart.com by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
