Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Double Coin RT500 Tires

The Double Coin RT500 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for the all axle position of commercial vehicles.

The tire boosts its all weather traction with the tread design and the all season compound. The five-ribbed symmetric ribbed tread design improves the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread design's ribbed pattern optimizes the surface contact which enhances the traction. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures with the durable rubber elements. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This combination greatly enhances the tire's overall year round driving safety levels.

The symmetric ribbed tread design and the stronger construction work together to boost the controllability. They maintain the surface contact throughout the drive and optimize the structural stability against the driving pressure. This greatly boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire's steering responsiveness to the driver's instructions is faster and more precise, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The strengthened construction also boosts the load durability. The steel belts do not deform under the load and driving pressure, which enables the tire to carry and handle heavy loads with ease.

The Double Coin RT500 enhances the length of the tread life. The ribbed pattern and the flat footprint maintain the road surface contact at all times. This allows the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear formations, greatly boosting the usability and the service life.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to TireMart.com by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
