• FREE SHIPPING only to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
• All orders are shipped with FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. FedEx requires a physical address. The average delivery time ranges between 1-6 business days.
• We cannot ship orders to PO BOX, APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU or VI addresses.
• All Orders placed before 1PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out the SAME DAY to the BUYER. FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends and national holidays.
  
• For Buyers from Missouri or if the order is shipped to Missouri a 4.225% MO sales tax will apply.
• For US orders Sales tax for products that are being shipped to other states is collected and remitted by eBay. For more information see article "Taxes and import charges"
  
• For orders Signature Required delivery will not be processed automatically unless the Item value is above $2500. Please contact us directly to request Signature Required delivery otherwise.
• Tracking information to the eBay shipping center is made known to the BUYER.

VYC TIRES, INC.'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NINETY (90) DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied for any reason with a tire we have shipped to you you may return it to VYC Tires, Inc. for refund or replacement. But to do so you, the buyer, must comply with the following.

•       We accept returns of only unused/un-mounted tires within 90 DAYS of delivery.

•       NO restocking fee will be applied to returned orders. FULL REFUND.

•       If you are not satisfied, just return the product for Full refund.

•       Return shipping charges and fees will be paid by our company.

•       We do not accept returns based on incorrect tire specifications and/or size. Prior to submitting the order, the buyer must verify that tire specifications and tire size are appropriate for the vehicle. Please make sure you are buying correct tires. If need any help please contact our customer support team.

•       THE 90-DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY, AND NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED, IF WE ARE CONTACTED BY YOU MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER THE TIRE HAS BEEN SHIPPED, OR IF THE TIRE(S) HAS/HAVE BEEN DRIVEN BY THE PURCHASER.

• Blemished Tire contains minor cosmetic imperfections.
• We do not guarantee the specific brand of Blemished tires. We only ensure the model, size and the load and speed rating.
• Pictures shown are stock photos and they are not of the actual tire. Picture represents the model of the tire listed for sale.
• When we receive each tire our personnel visually examine it and air test, solely for the purpose of determining tread depth and any visually apparent damage.
• Once received by the Buyer, the installer of the tires MUST make a final inspection of each and every tire before installation onto a vehicle.
• All tires are sold subject to our 90-day customer satisfaction return policy.
• The listing is for TIRE(S) only, the wheel rim is NOT included.
• Tread pattern may vary to minor degrees.
• Prior to placing an order, the Buyer must make sure that the specifications and size of the tire they are purchasing are appropriate for their vehicle. We do not accept returns based on incorrect tire specification and size.
• Sales tax will be added at checkout to the final prices.
• In purchasing any tire(s) from VYC Tires, Inc you agree that regardless of where you may be located or the tires may be shipped, Pennsylvania law shall apply to this transaction (excluding its conflicts of laws rules) particularly considering that your order is being placed to VYC Tires, Inc offices in Pennsylvania, payment is being received in Pennsylvania, and the tires are being shipped from Pennsylvania.
