Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Continental CrossContact LX25 is a touring, all season tire made for SUVs and passenger vehicles. Continental offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with V speed rated tires and 70,000 mile tread life warranty with H and T speed rated model.
This model utilizes its durable compound materials and specially designed tread to promote a longer lasting tread life. The tread is able to balance out load and driving pressure across the tread area, avoiding irregular wear formations. The durable compound is able to slow down the treadwear rate and prevent premature wear, offering a lengthened service life. The tire also avoids stone retention as it eliminates rocks from the footprint before they can harm the tire's tread and casing.
The detailed tread elements provide a high number of biting edges, allowing the tire to maintain a constant contact with the driving surface. This greatly improves the handling ability and driving stability of the vehicle, as the tire is able to respond faster and more precisely to the driver's instructions. It significantly enhances the maneuverability of the vehicle, allowing the driver to control the vehicle with ease all the time.
The Continental CrossContact LX25 comes with durable all season compound and non-directional tread elements to offer a superb year round traction. These tread elements promote a phenomenal traction on dry, wet, and snowy road surfaces. The compound optimizes rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The circumferential and lateral grooves channel water and slush away from the footprint, preventing them from blocking the road contact. It also prevents the risk of hydroplaning in rainy and snowy weather conditions.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
