100% TREAD LIFE LEFT NEW DEALER TAKE-OFF TIRES
Features and Benefits:
The Continental Conti HDL 3 LTL is a highway, all weather tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is designed to be mounted on drive axle positions.
These specific tires are Dealer Take Off Tires. This means that the tire was once mounted on a vehicle before taken off by a dealer at a dealership. These tires have not been driven on. They have 100% of tread life remaining.
Excellent controllability is promoted with this model. The optimized tread elements firmly grip the road with extra biting edges. It increases the tire's contact with the road, which boosts steering response time and accuracy to the driver's instructions, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Cornering and maneuvering are upgraded too. This combination gives the driver full control over the vehicle.
The model upgrades the year-round traction. The ribbed tread pattern and the all weather compound enhance the tire's dry, wet, and winter-weather traction. In this manner, this tread pattern closely follows the surface at all times, while the all weather compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. Hydroplaning resistance is provided as well. The optimized grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint.
Fuel-efficient performance is guaranteed with this tire. The ribbed tread pattern and the durable rubber compound lower the rolling resistance, which presents the pressure that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. This lower rolling resistance decreases the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, offering a fuel-conscious and environmentally friendly driving experience.
Great load and driving durability are ensured with this reinforced internal structure and the stronger compound blend. This strengthened internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting it. This upgrades the tire's load-carrying capacity and withstanding ability, making it perfect for heavy-duty applications.
The Continental Conti HDL 3 LTL lengthens its service life. The ribbed tread design and the special silica compound prevent irregular and premature wear formations. In other words, this tread pattern evenly distributes the driving pressure along the tread area. On the other hand, the special silica compound slows the treadwear rate down significantly.
All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to TireMart.com by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note this is Original Equipment (O.E.) tire size only. The O.E. size is determined by the year, make, model and options of the vehicle. Original Equipment size data is the best information we currently have available to us. TireMart.com is not responsible for fitment errors.
