Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Carlisle Sport Trail LH Tires

The Carlisle Sport Trail LH is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This model was made to be mounted only on SPECIAL TRAILERS and it should not be used on light trucks.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The all season compound and the ribbed tread design increase the dry, wet, and winter grip, optimizing the forward motion throughout the performance. The compound keeps the rubber flexible in various temperatures, optimizing the summer and winter traction. The tread design with the siping placement firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges, increasing the forward motion. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint.

The ribbed tread design and the better traction ease the pressure off the tire, lowering the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tire which determines the towing vehicle's needed fuel intake in order to maintain the motion. By reducing the rolling resistance, the tire greatly decreases the towing vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels, resulting in a fuel-conscious performance. The minimized rolling resistance also allows the tire to combat premature and irregular wear. It ensures even pressure distribution along the footprint, significantly lengthening the service and tread life.

The Carlisle Sport Trail LH boosts the load durability. The reinforced bias-ply structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to greatly upgrade the load carrying and withstanding capability, enhancing the load capacity. The stronger structure and the tread's constant surface contact upgrade the controllability. They improve the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, improving the towing vehicle's control over the trailer.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to TireMart.com by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
