The AMP A/T A is an all terrain, all season tire made for light trucks. The surface contact of the flat footprint allows the tire to maintain the surface contact while the tires are in motion. The tread elements upgrade the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This results in the driver’s control over the vehicle, optimizing its controllability.
The all season compound and the aggressive tread block placement, with the siping detail, boosts the dry, wet and winter weather grip. This combination improves the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges, which promotes a safer year round performance. The tire also avoids hydroplaning during its on-road performance, by channeling water and slush from the footprint.
The AMP A/T A upgrades the all terrain traction. The staggered tread block placement, the stepped tread block edges and the high void ratio improve the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability. This results in a safer performing ability as it maintains the surface contact while the tires are in motion. The self-cleaning tread design keeps the surface contact and avoids stone retention. Mud and snow are dispersed from the footprint, preventing them from blocking the tire’s surface contact. By ejecting rocks from the footprint, the tire does not allow them to drill into the tread area and harm the casing. This promotes a secure versatile terrain traction.
