Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The Blackhawk BAR26 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is created for all axle positions on the vehicle.
The flat, five-rib footprint on this tire already helps a lot when it comes to all season traction. Since all five ribs are in contact with the road, the lateral sipes come in handy. Besides further enhancing traction, they also enhance the aquaplaning resistance of the tire. The four circumferential grooves do a great job channeling the water away from the tire tread, enabling it to establish wet traction.
The two wide shoulder ribs are designed the same way as the three center ribs, except that they are wider. They function as sidewall protectors that defend the tread from cuts, abrasion and curb damage. By reducing damage, it extends the tire's tread life to a significant degree. Another defensive feature is the tread design is that it has many angles instead of being flat. The sipes cut through the groove walls, enhancing self-cleaning and stone ejection.
The tread elements are also optimized for better controllability. This model is full of biting edges thanks to its micro-sipe and groove design.
