The BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 is a mud terrain, all season tire made to be mounted on light trucks. The all season compound and the tread design increase the traction in dry, wet and winter weather conditions. The upgraded road contact improves the controllability on off-road surfaces. It boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability to provide the driver with complete control over the vehicle.
The model was designed with the reinforced construction. The thick sidewall and shoulder compound and the special strengthened polyester and steel belt construction maintain the ideal tire shape at all times. This prevents the shape’s deformation under the load and driving pressure affecting the model. The Traction-Armor sidewall sculpture and the CoreGuard technology protect the tire against damage on off-road surfaces and guarantee a safer drive.
The BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3’s tread pattern increases the mud terrain traction. The special Terrain-Attack pattern upgrades the soft and loose terrain gripping capability with the larger tread block pattern. These tread blocks and the detailed sidewall pattern enable the tire’s forward motion in deep mud and loose dirt. The high void ratio and the staggered tread elements, with the Mud Phobic bars prevent stone retention and maintain a clean footprint by ejecting rocks and eliminating mud and snow from between the tread elements.
