Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Armstrong Desert Dog MT Tires

The Armstrong Desert Dog MT is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

The stabilized block pattern maintains a constant contact with the road surface. This greatly improves the controllability and driving stability while tires are in motion. These tread elements firmly grip the road surface, boosting the tire's response time and accuracy to the driver's commands. The structural stability is secured against the driving pressure. The combination of these features promotes driver's exceptional control over the vehicle on various terrain surfaces.

This model offers exceptional tread life thanks to the strong compound materials and the stabilized tread elements. The special tread design is able to balance out load and driving pressure to avoid irregular wear formations, while strong materials slow down the treadwear rate and avoid premature wear. The self-cleaning tread design also improves the tire's usability and service life, as it is able to prevent stone retention. The ideal tread eliminates dirt, snow, and rocks from the footprint, preventing them from blocking the road contact. This maximizes the traction, and eliminates rocks from the footprint before they can dig into the tread area and cause harm to the casing. This guarantees a better and safer off-road performance.

The Armstrong Desert Dog MT performs exceptionally well on mud terrains thanks to the aggressive tread elements that provide superb traction. These tread elements conquer soft, loose, and uneven terrain performance, allowing the tire to maintain constant forward motion throughout the drive. This allows the tire to perform well in deep mud and loose dirt, while self-cleaning tread maximizes the surface contact. This allows the tire to perform exceptionally well on versatile terrain surfaces.

The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
