Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Kumho Solus TA71 Tires

The Kumho Solus TA71 is a performance and high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Kumho offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with new tires of this model.

The tire boosts the controllability with the combination of enhancements. The asymmetric tread design and the ESCOT technology improve the surface contact, while the stronger steel belt construction maintains the ideal tire shape under the pressure. The better road contact allows the tire to boost the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, in order to increase the driver's control over the vehicle. On the other hand, the twin steel belt construction does not allow the tire to deform under the high speed pressure. As a result, the tire can securely perform at its utmost high speed capability.

The tire increases the comfort levels as well. The jointless bead bundles of the structure maintain the ideal tire shape at all times. This enables the tire to closely follow the road surface throughout the tire's performance, effectively absorbing the shock of driving during the drive. In this manner, the tire significantly reduces the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin while the tires are in motion. The result is a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

The asymmetric tread design with the added siping placement and the special nano-silica compound increase the year round traction. These elements boost the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, while the tread elements enhance the grip with extra biting edges while the tires are in motion. The tread's four circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint, actively increasing the wet weather driving safety levels.

The Kumho Solus TA71 also upgrades the length of the tread life. The nano-silica compound and the ESCOT technology improve the usability. The compound elements maintain the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures and resist premature wear along the tread area. They strengthen the footprint and ensure a wear-resistant performance. The tread design's surface contact enables the tire to maintain the surface contact and to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. In this manner, it avoids irregular wear formations by ensuring equal pressure circulation on the tire's footprint. The slower and even wear rate boosts the model's service life greatly.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
