Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Firestone WeatherGrip Tires

The Firestone WeatherGrip is a touring, all weather tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Firestone offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with new tires.

The tire increases the all weather traction. The all weather compound and the ideal tread design boost the dry, wet and winter grip on the road surface. The all weather compound boosts the rubber flexibility in versatile weather conditions. The tread elements, on the other hand, optimize the grip the tire has on the road surface with additional biting edges. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. In this manner, the model further improves the wet weather driving safety levels.

The tire improves the controllability with the ideal tread pattern. The directional pattern's close and constant road contact enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, which increases the driver's control over the vehicle. The shoulder tread block placement allows the tire to boost the cornering ability and power with additional biting edges. The siping detail along the entire tire footprint improves the braking capability. They generate friction between the tire and the road surface, which significantly reduces the braking distance. This results in the model's exceptional performing security.

The Firestone WeatherGrip boosts the usability. The optimal footprint design and the all weather compound increase the length of the service life. They manage to resist premature and irregular wear formations. The tread's even pressure distribution resists uneven wear along the tread area, while the durable compound elements improve the rubber flexibility and combat premature wear. In this manner, the tire ensures a longer lasting tread life.

All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
