Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Continental WinterContact TS850P is a performance, winter tire made for passenger vehicles.
The tire offers a great winter-weather grip with the asymmetric tread design and the winter compound. The siping detail across the footprint manages to enhance the tire's surface grip, by generating extra biting edges. This ensures its secure performance even in ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. A stronger rubber compound keeps its rubber flexibility in freezing temperatures, enhancing its driving safety levels. The optimal groove placement disperses water and slush from the footprint, preventing hydroplaning as a result.
Better footprint stability and the tire's wear-resistant compound enable the tire to increase its usability. Stable tread elements prevent tread flexing, allowing the tire to evenly circulate driving pressure across the footprint. On the other hand, durable rubber materials protect the tire from premature wear. This makes sure the tire's service life is lengthened by preventing irregular and excessive tread wear.
Stronger traction also helps to ease the driving pressure off the footprint, lowering rolling resistance. This is the pressure that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. Reducing the rolling resistance helps to minimize the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The tire offers a fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The Continental WinterContact TS850P optimizes its controllability. The stable asymmetric tread's surface contact enhances steering responsiveness and driving stability. Quick and precise steering responses are guaranteed, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The sipe placement effectively creates friction when braking, significantly shortening its stopping distance. This combination guarantees the driver's control over the vehicle at all times.
This tire model was manufactured as the original equipment tire of select Audi vehicles.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index. If you have any questions regarding your tire size , speed rating and load index please contact us prior to purchasing and confirm with certified auto technician of any variance in speed and load index and sizes.
